This form registers your project for full warranty coverage in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

Completion of this form ensures you receive the full duration of applicable warranties and helps us serve you efficiently should a warranty claim arise.

Important Notice (Plain English)

Fouts Family Construction offers enhanced express warranties on workmanship and structural improvements.
To receive the full warranty term, this registration must be completed and submitted within thirty (30) days of substantial completion of your project.

Failure to register within this timeframe does not eliminate warranty coverage, but will result in reduced warranty duration as outlined in our Warranty Policy.

Section 1 – Warranty Acknowledgment

By submitting this Warranty Registration, I acknowledge and understand the following:

• Fouts Family Construction provides:

  • a Two (2) Year Limited Workmanship Warranty, and

  • a Ten (10) Year Limited Structural Warranty for qualifying load-bearing structural work

• Full warranty coverage is subject to:

  • timely registration,

  • compliance with the Warranty Policy,

  • and proper maintenance of the completed work

• Warranty coverage may be limited or excluded for:

  • owner-supplied materials,

  • subcontractor or manufacturer warranties governed by third parties,

  • unauthorized repairs or alterations,

  • conditions outside Fouts Family Construction’s control

Section 2 – Registration Timing Disclosure

I acknowledge that:

• If this registration is submitted within thirty (30) days of substantial completion, I am eligible for the full warranty durations stated in the Warranty Policy.

• If submitted after thirty (30) days, warranty coverage will be reduced as follows:

  • Workmanship Warranty: 2 years → 1 year

  • Structural Warranty: 10 years → 5 years

What Happens Next?

Once your registration is received:

• You will receive a confirmation email from us in a timely manner for you to keep in your records.

• Your project will be logged under full warranty coverage (if timely submitted)

• No further action is required unless a warranty claim arises.

• Warranty coverage is subject to registration and the full Warranty Policy.

• Registration does not replace routine maintenance or manufacturer warranties.
