He came to our house to review the work - a leaking windowframe and water damage to drywall and paint. The spot was very tough to solution, but Benjamin found a way to plug the leaks with roofing caulk. The interior repairs and painting were done well. It's nearly impossible to see where the work was done, which is exactly what I wanted. The quoted price was very reasonable for half day job, and the final bill was close to the quoted price. Very happy all in all.”
